Hello Sandeep Endapally,
Attached you should find a .zip file containing a brand new diagnostic tool of ours. It helps to identify and resolve these types of connection problems. Please follow these steps:

Attached you should find a .zip file containing a brand new diagnostic tool of ours. It helps to identify and resolve these types of connection problems. Please follow these steps:
- Unzip the files into any temporary folder
- Double click on CnxTester.exe to launch the tool
- Click Start to begin the connection analysis
- The tool will run through a series of checks including trying launching IE (twice) to verify connections
- When its finished it will say "Analysis complete" in its log window.
- Please copy and send me the output either as a file or simply copy & paste the text into a reply.
Kind regards,

Hi Sandeep Endapally,
My apologies. Maybe there was a system glitch with the forum. It was supposed to be attached as a file attachment to my last message. There is no link to it at this time.
I have attached the file again to this message. If you still cannot find it I'll email it to you directly at email address we have on file for you.
