Hi,
In order to work with RadMenu so that i can integrate it in SharePoint (http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/moss-incorporate-radcontrols-in-moss-sites.html) i need a Telerik.Web.UI.dll whose version is 2008.1.512.20 . So can any one please upload this required version of .dll file so that i can work around with?

Hello,
You can use any RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX version for the menu integration in SharePoint - simply replace 2008.1.512.20 in the assembly name with the version you have (e.g. 2008.3.1314.20) and follow the rest of the steps in the guide.
