Greetings,
I don't know where to post this, but I have following small problem with Telerik watch. I'm subscribed to Telerik watch (TW) using Outlook 2007 RSS subscription function. Since I subscribed, I get all feed entries with an 2007/01/01 Timestamp. I always have to check back TW online, cause I never now from which date a post is, especially older posts. And, I don't have this problem with other News feeds. Please can someone check back what the reason of this behavior is?
Thanks,
Joerg

Joerg-
First, thank you for loyally reading the Telerik Watch blog!
This problem is known and is related to some strange behavior of the Outlook 2007 RSS reader and how it reads the feed dates. The problem only seems to exist in the FeedBurner syndication of Blogger, so subscribing to the native Blogger feed usually fixes the problem (http://telerikwatch.com/rss.xml).
I apologize for the trouble. I actually use the Outlook 2007 RSS Reader, too, so I see this problem first hand. I'm actively working changing blogging platforms to resolve this issue (and others), so stay tuned to Telerik Watch for more details.
Let me know if that answers your question. Thanks~

Greetings Todd,
thank you for looking in to this issue. I change the feed to your new URL, but it is still the same behavior has before (date is still 2007/0/01), except with the difference that new feeds are now at the top of the feed list, which is actually what I wanted, so I can live with that. I see this a problem with Outlook 2007. Would be interesting to see if IE7 RSS feeds has the same behavior.

Joerg-
I think IE 7 would have the same behavior since it shares its RSS service with Outlook 2007. Let me know if you discover any differences.
I'm also sorry to hear the Blogger.com feed doesn't work. I'm not sure there is much I can do to fix it other than changing services. The problem seems to have started around the time I started offering full post syndication in the RSS, but I think people would rather have that then correct dates (well, correct dates in Outlook...if you look at the raw XML you'll see the dates are there). Hopefully I'll be able to offer a better solution soon!
Thanks~

I use IE7 with the feedburner RSS for TelerikWatch and it works great.
