Hi,
Im having a massive error with this app: everytime I open it I get a series of Application Error messages.
This is the state of the various views:
- MAIN: Application Error and completely empty
- PROJECTS: completely empty
- ALL PROJECTS: looks fine, no errors
- ALL TASKS: looks fine, no errors
- ALL CATEGORIES: Error and completely empty
- ADDING OR EDITING A TASK: impossible as the fields are all empty (as well as the drop down fields)

This is really annoying because the app is unusable and this is happening right when I was using it in the middle of a complex project... so I have all my tasks annotations put in there but can't use, add, ...

Maybe is there a problem with some XML or configuration file ?

Please help resolve this issue! This is potentially the best tasks and project managing app on Metro.

Thank you for your feedback!
Could you, please give us some more information about that which version of Tasks do you have?
Also have you set up a synchronization account or not?
In a few days there will be an update of Tasks at the Marketplace (version Q1314)- could you upgrade to it and try if the problem is still available, please?

Hi.
Before this issue happened I tried to sync with a Google account but didnt like it and removed it.
These errors have been happening a few days after that.
Also I've been experiencing tasks disappearing (while the app was not crashing). I submitted a few errors/comments on your Feedback page.

The version I am using is the latest from ther Appstore but I can't open the About page (it gives me again an Application Error message).

Is there any way I can repair the data ? After all the tasks are still there (it looks like there is a problem with linking the projects and/or categories).

PS: if you have a beta/night build I can test I will be happy to try it.

Hello Matt,
We are working on that and we were able to reproduce the error.
A fix  will be included into the next update of Tasks!
