    I am one contractor in a long line of contractors who needs to find out the current status on bugs logged by previous contractors. I have ticket numbers but there seems to be no way to search for these numbers. Since I didn't log the bugs I don't know the specific text used to do so. Since there are so many unresolved 'bugs' logged, and so many that are resolved, how am I supposed to track these issues?

    Hello Lee,

    If the current license holder adds you as a licensed user to the licenses that are used for the project in question, you will be able to view all the tickets, posted by the licensed users of the same group of licenses.

    Another option is to write us at sales@telerik.com with the ticket numbers, and we will check the statuses for you.
