Hello,
I have developed a SL 4.0 app in a DNN module that works running in vs201 and localhost in DNN 5.4.4. I'm using a licensed version of your silverlight controls too.
When I upload the module to the live DNN site, the module installs and can be inserted into any page, however, the Silverlight app does not show up BUT I can right-click and get the Silverlight popup. I've also set this to run OOB but the install menu does not show on right-click.
Could this be a Telerik Controls licensing issue? Is there some file that needs to be included with your controls if implementing on a production server? I ask as the very first page of the SL app contains telerik SL controls.
This is rather URGENT so a prompt reply would be appreciated!

OK, this is kinda dumb of me...
I had to put .xap and .xaml into the MIME types on the live server.
All is working now.
