Hello!
I try to download Q3 release for sl, but I don't found dll's for silverlight 4. Is this mean that you don't more support 4th version?

Hello Anatoly,
Yes, RadControls for Silverlight 4 and RadControls for WPF 3.5 support is discontinued as of Q3 2012. Check this blog post for more info.
