telerik RadHtmlPlaceholder issue

I attached a pdf uri to SourceUrl of placeholder which displays pdf correctly. Within PDF I have a link which pointing to my silverlight application. So when I click the link, it opens silverlight application in current htmlplaceholder. So I am getting multiple silverlight application within htmlplaceholder. How can I open the link in either new tab/window when link in a pdf is clicked and keeping the pdf as it is.

I tried tracking in UrlLoaded_event, but not able to stop loading silverlight application in htmlplaceholder.
