I am using a rad grid view. I am getting a vertical scrollbar with glassy look as defined by telerik (like Vista or windows 7 looks).But I want to apply my own styles to that scrollbar.I want to change the color or put some customized gradient to the the gridview scrollbar.

You may take a look at the following screencast where you can see how to customize GridViewScrollBars.
However if you use our Windows7 Theme as an application theme, but you need to change only the background colors of the scrollbars you may use the following article Modifying a built-in theme.
