No matter what I do VS 2010 barks that 'Dsl' extension does not exist in the Namespace. Yet, it is clearly there and its also exists in the bin and GAC. Any ideas?

I must admit that from the information you have given us so far we could not come with an idea about the problem on your side. Could you please give us a better description of the scenario? What is the exact error that you are seeing and what is the moment that you see it in Visual Studio. Could you give us some more information about the setup on your machine: what is the operating system that you are using, is it 32/64 bit one, do you have only VS 2010 installed on the machine or do you also have VS 2008 there as well?
Have you tried re-installing the product? Please make sure that you clean up the GAC before re-running the installation of the product.
