Hello Saibal,

You can take a look at the Upgrading Instructions from our help documentation to see how you can get the latest update of the Telerik's UI for Silverlight suite. The RadMap control is located in the Telerik.Windows.Controls.DataVisualization dll. Or you can download the assemblies manually from your Telerik account under the download page of the respective product.
