I am very new to Telerik. We have to migrate a .net application that uses telerik, from existing Microsoft Azure server to a new microsoft Azure server. Telerik licence was purchased by a company who handeled it previously. Now we have to purchase new telerik licence since application is migrated to our new Azure server. Will the application still works fine or should we change any reference in the source code with respective to new Telerik Licence.

Hello,

Generally, the license you have allows you to publish your application on different servers as well. You are only required to ensure that nobody else can obtain our assemblies, e.g., by following this article: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/deployment/protecting-the-telerik-asp.net-ajax-assembly.

Whether you will need to update the Telerik references depends on the deployment scenario you have. If all the assemblies are in the same places and you do not make other modifications, you should be fine.

If you have outstanding questions on your Telerik licenses, I advise that you direct them to telerik-sales@progress.com.
