I am completely new to ASPNET MVC for razor engine. I want to know how can we place telerik grid and bind the data from DB in MVC.
I really want to know what code has to be written in Model and View and Controller.
I had gone through few articles by telerik, but there i could not find code for Model class.
Please help me by providing code not just links.

The sample project of Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC includes a Razor version of all demos. Check the Areas/Razor folder within the Telerik.Web.Examples project. Check this help topic which shows how to use the sample project. You can also view the razor examples online.
