Telerik Feedback Plugin on Android conflicts with CrossWalk plugin

I am running the latest version of the Telerik Feedback plugin (2.0.0) on my hybrid app.  It functions as expected on iOS devices; however on Android devices it is not producing a screen shot. 

I have built a sample from the demo app and that works properly on the same Android device.  So my suspicion is a conflict with one of my other plugins. 

After several iterations of eliminating plugins, rebuilding and testing on Android, I have concluded that the screen shot on Android does not work properly when the CrossWalk plugin is installed (regardless of the hardware acceleration option).

Can this be made compatible?

Hello David,

This is a known issue in the current version of the plugin. At the moment it cannot work with the Crosswalk WebView. We are already working on a solution but I cannot yet comment on when one will be available. In any case, once it is, the Plugins section under Project Properties will display a notification that the plugin is ready for update.

I will also update this thread so that you can test the plugin once the fix is available.

Hi David,

The Telerik AppFeedback plugin was updated with a fix targeting the Crosswalk webview. You can test its behavior by updating it to version 2.0.3 and running it in an app using Crosswalk. Please let me know how that goes and if the new plugin version resolves the issue on your side.
