Telerik Crash - Adding of "Build Verification" step during recording.

Hi Telerik Team,

During recording of our application, we tried to add a Build Verification of a text block on the page, the recording browser is crashed

System details:
Win XP
IE 6.0

I have the suspicion this is really due to the old IE version you run the recorder on. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to support this browser for recording so please upgrade it and let us know if that helps or if you still need our assistance.

We are using IE 7.0. Can you pls let me know from which browser version this tool is supported??

Hello Veeraraghavan,

Your original post indicated you are using IE 6. WebUI Test Studio supports IE 7 and above.

Since your original post we have released a service pack. Please try upgrading to the latest version and retest to see if your crashing problem persists. If it does then it is also possible there's a conflict with a third party IE add-on. Please try disabling all IE add-ons under Tools -> Manage Add-ons and see if the problem persists.
