Hi,
I'm writing an app using Telerik. Graphic designer delivered to me html & javascripts. When testing on website everything works fine. When uploading it to Teleric some things are not working. Html'a are templates that are handled by javascript to put all necessary things, like id's, classes data- and basacilly all attributes. Some how on the way something gets broken. I noticed that some parts of thml attributes are missing, therefore for example I'm not able to go to some view, login validation is not fireying up. Strage this is that on localy and on server, basically everything work perfectly. JavaScripts were written using Dingo library.

My question is: if anyone had some king of similar problem like I do?

If needed I can provide more detail information, just say what exactly.

Thanks.

Hello Boleslaw,

I am not sure I understand the issue correctly. Can you please elaborate on the workflow you have followed:
  • Graphic designer delivered to me html & javascripts. When testing on website everything works fine - Does that mean that you have a web application that you are running in web browser which works as expected?
  • When uploading it to Teleric some things are not working - How do you upload the application to Telerik. Please list the exact steps you are following.

In order to be able to see what went wrong with your approach, we will also need more information about your app implementation. If you can share a few code snippets that are not working, we can examine them further. You can even send us your project in a support ticket, as support tickets are private and confidential.

Hello Tina,

I've done as you suggested. Under support tickets I saw my original post. I've replayed underneath.
