TeamPulse | Ideas & Feedback Portal | Email Notification when an idea is submitted

    I need some assistance in trying to figure out what settings I'm missing. I'm trying to have teampulse notify all project members by email, when a feedback is submitted. It looks like I have it setup, and it sends test emails properly, but no feedback submission triggers of an email notification.

    Some background into what has been checked:

    - I've setup SMTP properly
    - Sent a test email and it came through
    - I have both "Enable Email Notification" and "Ideas & Feedback Portal" check marked to allow email notification turned on.
    - This is the URL that TeamPulse placed in the input below Ideas and Feedback Portal notification section:
    http://WDTFS:9896 (This is the correct url for our instance of TeamPulse)
    - The port isn't blocked by firewall as users can access the portal from other computers.

    I am stumped. Thank you for your time, and hopefully it's just a simple option I overlooked.

    Hello Jason,

    After you configured all these settings, you need to go and customize your own notification settings. You can do this by going to Settings - > Edit Personal Settings. There you can customize which notification you will receive by email and which not. See the attachment.

    Every user who has enabled "Feedback added to this project" notification will receive email when there is new Feedback.
