As same devs often work on several projects, it would useful to have a general view (all my tasks in all the projects, by example) and a general taskboard, for all the projects.

We've been discussing adding more cross project information to TeamPulse in 2012. We'll most likely start with high level reporting, but we'll eventually move to task level reporting.
In our first release in 2012, we plan on introducing some time tracking features, so there's a pretty good chance that that feature will include some cross project reporting on tasks.
