I think I found a bug in the tablecell render, using latest RadControls for Silverlight under SL5. In RadrichtextBox if I add a new table for example with one row and two cell, and write one charater to the left and one to the right cell with big size (48+), and drag the right border of the left cell to the left border, the cell size will be too small for the content.
In MS Word if you try set smaller cell width than the character, it will grow to the character size.
You can see this in your demo.
