[Solved] Tabbing problem in RadGrid combobox column

When we enter data and press tab it is working for normal column fine but when it comes in combobox column, the very first cell of the combobox column is selected when we press tab and even we stay in third or fourth row of the grid.
How can we come up with a solution?
