Hi there,

I would like to follow up on support ticket 539024.  In our last correspondence in May, Boyan suggested that touch/swipe support would be implemented in June.  Could I check if this has been implemented yet as I can't find a property in the control for swipe support.

We are using the control on a touchscreen and would like to "swipe" enable the CoverFlow.  This is different from clicking on a RadCoverFlowItem as the CoverFlow should move proportionally to the velocity at which it was swiped.  The observed behaviour with touch is that the CoverFlow will always move to the CoverFlowItem where the finger first landed.

Cheers,
Zhi

Hi Zhi,

Unfortunately it is still not scheduled for a specific date, but what I can tell you is that it is certain that it won't be released with Q2 due in June.

Hello Zhi,

The touch support is already implemented in the RadControls with the Q3 2012 version. The swipe is delivered out-of-the-box, so you don't need to enable any properties. Please try with the latest assemblies and let us know if you experience any difficulties.
