Hi. Couple week later I found that RadGridView supporting Card View in commercial version http://www.telerik.com/products/silverlight/getting-started/grid-comparison.aspx
But now I found that this feature is disabled. Am I right?

Please excuse us for the misunderstanding .
Indeed we had such functionality and online demo . However we had a heavy demand for performance improvements which later appeared incompatible with the support of card view. Therefore the comparison checklist was updated.
* Still a similar view is supported by means of retemplating the rows of RadGridView . This means that you can alter the default visual structure of the row in RadGridView in order to display a card-alike layout ( still with the restrictions of one item per row ) .

there is a source code there as well.
