It would be nice if you could edit your tickets after submitting.
Just a thought, I know I sometimes want to change the wording of a problem I was having.

Hi Ron,
First of all, thank you for the good words - we really appreciate it :)
As for editing tickets, it is better to post a followup with the correct information - this way a vital information that has already been present in the original text will not be missed in the edited post. It would also avoid confusion - a support officer could start working on the case and at one point, he will be presented with a different version of the content he initially started working with.
