Afternoon,
I've purchased OpenAccess ORM as part of a bundle and was wondering if it can accept flat files such as logs as a possible datasource or are databases the only datasource accepted. I've looked for some clarification on the site but have not been able to find anything.
Thanks in advance
Tom.

Not to worry, think I've found the supported database list, I only ask because we have a current tool that does just this, accepts text files as a datasource once you've described the data structure and allows us to work with the underlying data, replacing this with a telerik version would have been nice. Not to worry.
Thanks
Tom.

Hello Tom,

Unfortunately you have correctly come to the conclusion that the text files are not a supported data source for OpenAccess ORM - you cannot use ODBC data sources, only the database providers for the relational databases mentioned in the list you have found.

Do not hesitate to get back to us if you have other questions.
