Hi,
RadChart has any support for Functions to draw specific lines like: FunctionSeries to draw static lines like MaxValue, Average and MinValue. More specific to make a "Shewhart Diagram". example: http://www.statit.com/images/s-chart.png

Hello Moises,
The feature you are looking for is "Annotations". Currently, the RadChart does not support this functionality. It is in our features list, but is still not scheduled for development.
As a work-around, I suggest creating three line series that will render the min, max and average values.
