I'd like to make a suggestion, however this suggestion could have some results that may not fit into this component. But I'll bring it up and see what you think:
I tested last night that I can creat inner and inner PanelItems, so as far as the system is concern, it can handle hierarchical data. However, after the first level indention, the component shows any subsequent inner levels as the same level as level1. To the naked eye, this will be confusing, because they can not differentiate the hierarchy. Would it be possible to offer further indention for each level? I can see this can cause width growth problem and a better suitable component would be Treeview, but I thought I ask, since this is an easier way to work with for general public than TreeView.

Hi Ben,
The indentation of nested RadPanelBarItems is purely a matter of ControlTemplate. You can easily adjust the ControlTemplate to suite your specific needs. The possible problem with the overall width of the control should be handled on a per application basis, since there is no universal solution to this issue that would satisfy everyone's needs.
