We've had some maintenance yesterday and you might have hit that exact time frame. We've just synced your account, so please login again and see whether your project is there.
Please also check whether you have used the same credentials to login to Icenium - each login represents different account in the cloud server.
If none of the above resolved the problem, can you let us know the name of your projects and the account you've used to create it?

It appears now. I got too much scared.
Where is it possible to know when is mainteinance going to be done?
It would be good to know so that we avoid to work in that exact time frame as I did.
Thanks so much for your help.
We currently have no automatic notification service that would notify users whenever servers might be inaccessible or we're under maintenance. This however is in our plans and we would introduce such service for subsequent version of the product.
Please excuse us for the trouble!

Please share which are the projects you're having trouble accessing. Does that problem occur only under Graphite, have you tried Mist? Are there any errors inside the Graphite logs, do you receive any exceptions at all? Please send us the following logs:
- Zip and attach files from %LOCALAPPDATA%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs folder
- Logs from FiddlerCap (with the Decrypt HTTPS Traffic option enabled). Start it before launching Graphite and save the HTTP requests Graphite performs to disk. Save the sessions and attach it to this thread.

thanks for the help.
i use only icenium graphite.
the project called "elections050513".
no exception was thrown or mention at the log.
only thing i do is to confirm msgbox that popped when i was try to enter the project. the message box said that icenium upgrade the environment and if i want to make the project to be adjust to new environment(or something like this).
i have noticed that i can see the project thru version control and i have success in download it.
how do i attach the zip files if its not allowed as attached files?
thanks for the help

Thanks for providing the details about your problem. It appears that you managed to include "cordova.js" file in your project. By default in Icenium this should not happen. The system provides the necessary cordova.ios.js and cordova.android.js files. Those are grouped under a virtual cordova.js folder. With the latest changes in Icenium the existence of such file in the project creates some problems when opening the project. This looks like a critical problem and we'll be fixing this behavior for the next release of Icenium.
Until then you can get your project working by doing the following things:
1. Export your project and save the zip file on your local hard disk.
2. Extract the zip into a folder.
3. Delete all cordova.* files (cordova.js, cordova.ios.js and cordova.android.js) from the folder you extracted the files.
4. Open Graphite and create an new project from the "Blank" template. Use whatever name you find suitable.
5. After the project is created delete all files except for "cordova.*" files.
6. Go back to the folder you extracted the zip file and select everything (files and folders).
7. Using the mouse drag and drop those into Graphite's project tree.
After that you should not have any problems working with your project.
Alternatively we can go to your project and apply the necessary changes (remove the cordova.js file) so that you can open it normally without having to go though the previously listed steps. If you'd like us to do so, please write us back.
I hope this will help you solve your problem and accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience we've caused you.
