If I have a Telerik menu control containing sub-menus and directly below it place the Telerik Grid (for example) I am having a layering problem in IE8 when Modernizr 1.7 is loaded. (MVC 3 Intranet site with .NET 4.0)
In IE8, with Modernizr 1.7 loaded, the sub-menu drops down behind the grid.
In IE8, with Modernizr 1.7 not referenced, the sub-menu layers properly on top of the grid.
In IE9 & Firefox, regardless of whether Modernizr is loaded, the menu displays properly on top of the grid.
Because other portions of the site are requiring Modernizr and the site must support IE8, are there any workarounds?
