Styling DataForm to remove top and bottom lines and keep command Visibility

Hi there,

I read and try your sample in this thread http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/silverlight/data-form/styling-dataform-to-remove-top-and-bottom-lines.aspx.

But here, you remove the top of form using Command Visibility = Collapsed, and this is not cool, because if I want Command Visibility = Visible and using your style I have this (please look at the picture).

Can you give me a link or sample where I can remove the foot bar and top bar?
