Hello,
The provided skins for the MVC Extensions style the <tr> background-color which does not appear to render in IE7. I think switching to the following would fix it, no?
EDIT: I just found that it works on the demo page... humm.. not sure it doesn't show for me. I'll post again when I find out how mine's different.
