I have changed the styles of header but its not reflecting in the grid. when grid loads it just shows a dot of red color and again it shows header of office_black theme. How can I change the styles of header of Radgrid. I have already chnaged the styles as mentioned in this http://www.telerik.com/help/silverlight/gridview-styling-column-headers.html but its not reflecting. Please find attached images of changed styles in expression blend and view screen of grid.
