I am working in Visual Studio 2010 and just upgraded to the latest version 2010.1.527.2. I am still having the same problem with getting the DAL enhanced assembly into the GAC. When I try and install the assembly I get an error "Strong Named signature failed....".
Am I missing something here?

Actually the latest version is 2010.1.531.1, released this Monday as an internal build, and it contains a lot of enhancer fixes. Can you please try to enhance your assembly using this version?
