I don't whether it is an clear issue but I think something went wrong when setting MinWidth/MinHeight and using with RadWindow minimizing.

For example I set MinWidth = 200 and MinHeight = 200, the window will resized to (200,200) when i minimize the window.
It is certainly a wrong behaviour where MinWidth/MinHeight should not have any relationship with window minimizing. Setting MinWidth/MinHeight is only for resizing purpose and when it comes to minimize window it should behave as default (probably becoming a small bar).

I'm not sure anyone had experience it before but I would like to share discussion here whether the RadWindow should change it's current mentioned behaviour.

Welcome for any comment and suggestion.
Thank you.
