Hi,
I've added a word document as an external resource to a story. This works fine, but when I open the story and try to download the document, it just opens a new tab and nothing else happens. I use IE9.

Hi Ola,
I suspect your browser is blocking the download. Do you have another browser you could try?
Also, which part of the attachment details are you clicking? If you click the "Icon" in the left most column, it will pass the open/save responsibilities to the browser. Clicking on the name of the attachment tries to force the browser to "download" it.
And something you can try with Internet Explorer (which is pretty strict with respect to allowing downloads) is to ensure your security settings are as follows. Go to Internet Options > Security tab > Custom Level button.. Change the following settings and restart IE/TeamPulse:

Hi,
I've tried download the file in Chrome, but with no success. I also checked the internet options in IE9, and I already had those settings. I've tried clicking both the icon and the text, the result is the same; a new tab with no content.
