Stop next row cell going into edit mode (automatically) when Enter pressed on previous row cell

1. I have edited a cell in row number 1 suppose.
2. When I press enter on cell (in row 1), cell in row 2 gets into edit mode automatically.
3. I want to restrict it any how.
Please provide the solution.
