In Silverlight 4 - do you still have to set windowless to true in order to use RadContextMenu?

No, you don't need it anymore (at least for RadContextMenu).

With some browser(ie Firefox 4.0) I had problem with mouse cursor which works fine with windowless=false, And in my application I've got to render a html content I use RadHtmlPlaceholder and it's throw an exception if windowless=false.
Can you tell me how can I do to render my html content with windowless=false
