There is step debugging already available across the Icenium clients.
If you are running Icenium Graphite or the Icenium Extension for Visual Studio, launch the device simulator and click Debug. For more information how to use the debug tools available there, see this article. In the Sources pane, you can open source files to add breakpoints and modify your code to debug it without affecting the corresponding file in your project.
If you are running Icenium Mist, make sure to run it in Chrome. Again, launch the device simulator and press F12. For more information how to use the debug tools available, see this article. In the Sources pane, you can open source files to add breakpoints and modify your code to debug it without affecting the corresponding file in your project.
Debugging in Icenium is based on the WebKit Web Inspector Open Source project and you can read more about it here.
If this is not what you're looking for, you can submit a feature request in our Feedback Portal. Make sure to provide enough detail so that other users can evaluate and vote for your suggestion. Should it gain enough traction, the Icenium team might consider adding it to the roadmap.
