Hi,

 Could you please help me on formatting step area chart as per the image I have attached. The chart image attached contains two series (Bar and step area). As you can see, the point where the step area starts is left aligned to the bar chart. The background is a line pattern.

Also there is a another background set for to represent the working hours in the x-axis line.

All I want is my chart to look like one I have attached.

Is this all possible using telerik chart?

Hello Mohamed,

Basically, such a setup is not available out-of-the-box. However, the layout can be simulated by mixing two chart series types. For example, you can include a stepline series in the background, and a bar series type in the foreground. I hope that this is a feasible approach for you.
