Does ICENIUM create standalone apps that are distinct from one another (for instance if we write two or more will they have separate icons on the launcher etc?

Hello Denis,
The project properties screen allows you to change the app identifier, icons and splash screen for both iOS and Android among other things. It is up to you (the developer) to make those changes.
