Telerik does have Stacked-Bar chart types. Are you looking to use 3D Stacked Bar? If you don't need it to be in 3D, then this link will bring you to the online demo of a Bar series using RadChartView. Look over to the left column and notice the drop-down box named "combine mode". Selected "Stacked". A new chart will visualize and show you what stacked mode looks like. You can also see the code for that demo by toggling the Code/Example button at the top right of the example window. You'll see that you can combine series in the your chart by using the combine mode property.
For more information, this link will bring you to the documentation on Bar Series for RadChartView.
If you are looking for the 3D Stacked Bar series, RadChartView does not currently support it. However, if this is a deal breaker for you, you can use the older RadChart control. It supports 3D chart types. This link will bring you to the online demo of a stacked bar series. Also, to see the documentation on 3D bar series for RadChart, go here.
A word of caution though, I would take a minute and think about how important using 3D series is for you. Using RadChart is no longer recommended, RadChartView is a much more powerful, robust and flexible component than RadChart. Before making your decision, take a look at this link. It will show you a side by side comparison of the controls and their features.
