Hi,

when I click on the font RadRibbonComboBox in your demo my browser freezes. Locally in my project with your code I get an unhandled exception, managed runtime error as you can see on the attached image.

Hi Sasa,

We are not aware of a similar issue in the examples and while I am testing everything seems to be working as expected. Could you share which is the demo where you are observing this behavior as well as the version of the controls you are using? Steps to reproduce and another information which may help us to reproduce the behavior is welcome.

Hi Tanya,

problem is in the example of UI for Silverlight Q2 2015 SP1, First Look as you can see on the attached image.

Hi Sasa,

I am still not able to reproduce the behavior you are experiencing. Could you try to clean the cache of the browser and check if the issue persists in different browsers as well? It would be great if you could test if it is reproducible on another machine. You could test also if you can reproduce the behavior using the local project with another version of the controls.

The exception you are getting is very general and could be thrown in different scenarios. Have you tried to enable the CLR and Silverlight exceptions? You could find this option in the Debug -> Exceptions menu in Visual Studio. Can you see the stack trace of the exception?

Tanya
