Spline Area and (Stacked)Bar charts not drawn correctly

Hi,

I have the following issues with the drawing of these chart types:

• Spline Area:
  With certain data the spline area is not being filled, only the gray line is shown (screenshot 1). When I stretch the window over the full width of 2 screens then it's shown correctly so I think it has something to do with the amount of points to be plotted and the available width. When I resize it back to 1 screen then the "filling" is still show but doesn't correspond with the line (screenshot 2)
• (Stacked)Bar:
  With certain data I get a "3d" bar chart, stretching over multiple monitors doesn't help in this case (screenshot 3). Also, the postion of the labels on the X-axis has shifted to the right.
