I was wondering if splash screen are really needed for apps that are made in Graphite (or Mist). I seem unable to remove the default images.

I assumed that Apple doesn't require an image.

Looking for your opinions.

Hello Jan-Dirk,

Submitting an app to the Apple App Store requires both icons and splash screens. When you try to upload an application package that lacks at least the standard splash screen, Apple's Application Loader will throw an error.
