Is there a way to add a highlight to a section of tabs (or one tab) the way that Office does it... like when you add a chart in Word and "Chart Tools" becomes available? Picture attached.

I want to use the Office Blue theme... but when I have that set it won't recognize a special style for the tab that I want highlighted.

Hello Barry,

These tabs are called ContextualTabs and it is a feature in the RadRibbonView control. The contextual groups are used to display tabs with a context-specific functionality (ContextualTabs). They get displayed only when this functionality is needed. This way the common UI in the RadRibbonView becomes lighter while the specific functionality becomes easier to find as it is grouped and displayed on demand. You can find more information on how to implement this in your application in this article. Also you could check our online themeing demo, by clicking on the chart picture such ContextualGroup will be displayed.

I hope this information helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Kind regards,
