Source URI which does not specify the strong name

The row

 <telerik:Theme x:Key="theme" IsApplicationTheme="True" Source="../../Assets/GridViewTheme.xaml"/>

generates error "Set property 'Telerik.Windows.Controls.Theme.ApplicationThemeSetter' threw an exception."
Have you any idea what it can be a problem?

For the time being we might be only guessing what causes such an exception.
I will appreciate if you send us the custom project so we can elaborate accurately to the problem by our side.
