telerik r.a.d.controls Q3 2006 is available with Single Developer license at $799 and Single Developer Subscription license at $999. As of the Q3 2006 release, the suite includes full C# and JavaScript source code and redistribution rights. For more information, please read the blog post by Vassil Terziev, telerik CEO. The Q3 update is free for all customers with an active Subscription and includes versions for both .NET 1.x and for .NET 2.0 (with full support for Visual Studio .NET 2005).

Will incremental service packs include updated source control or will source control only be updated for major releases?

Hello Todd,
The Source Code package will be updated after each release of r.a.d.controls (both quarterly releases and service packs). RadControls_Q3_2006_SP1_Source.zip is already available for download.
