I try to use RadPivotGrid to access SQL Server 2012 Tabular Model. I found even I set the column sorting logic in model, when I use RadPivotGrid to access the tabular model, the result is still order by DisplayName, not order by key...Is possible to order by key (as I setting in the model, not other columns/row in fieldlist)?

Hi Shang Jyh,

Unfortunately you are not able to control the sorting - you can only choose between Ascending or Descending. In the future we may add this feature, but I cannot give you exact timeframe.

Hopefully this helps.

Thanks for your reply...

I see there is "Sorting by other attribute/ measure" function in pivotfield list(Row/ Column).
Is this possible to imprement it code-behind?
If it possible, I can modify my tabular model and generate new measure for sorting ordinal, then I can put it into the pivottable and sorting according to this sorting measure.

Is this a way to work around?
