Sorting DateAndTime column doesn't work with SortMemberPath

I have a RadGridView and a number of columns. I can't seem to sort correctly when I have a SortMemberPath set to a Hidden GridViewColumn that displays DateAndTime variable directly. Sorting should work based on ascending/descending for DateAndtime
quite easily.

I will try to create a reproduction project and attach.
