Hi,

I have noticed a couple of bugs in the controls (q2 2009) when using with Expression Blend 3:

-If I try to apply an easing in via the timeline, I get a stack error (unfortunately, cannot remember the exact details) on the canvas.
-When I edit content of the toolbar control, I get a popup with an error saying one of the Telerik libraries could not be imported, and then details such as a FQAN (Fully Qualified Assembly Name).

I will endeavour to supply screenshots of this and even the project where I have noticed these errors (though these are not project-specific issues when taking into account all Silverlight projects using the controls - standard SL controls don't cause these problems).

Thanks

Hello Gurdeep,

Thank you for your interest in the RadToolBar for Silverlight.

As we are aware of some issues with our controls inside the MS Blend we will highly appreciate if you send us more information: screenshots; sample projects; steps to reproduce.

About the tool bar. Is it possible to share with us what kind of a content you are trying to initialize with. Actually the tool bar is an items control, but we never limited its items to a certain type - you can try with different button types, text box, combo box even expander.

Sincerely yours,
Ivan

Hi,

The toolbar/items issue occurs via this process:

1) Select properties of the RAD Toolbar (assuming it is on the  canvas).
2) Click items button (with ...) under Common Properties.
3) You can click "Add another item" or select the arrow next to it, which shows button/expander and several other basic controls.
4) If I click "Add another item" I get this error:

Could not load the assembly Telerik.Silverlight.Controls.Test.Common because could not load file or assembly Microsoft.Silverlight.Testing (And some details like assembly stuff).

Easing issue:

1) Select RAD Control on the timeline.
2) Go to timeline (select the transform below the control in the objects graph).
3) Go to properties, where easing options would be displayed, and the error occurs:

InvalidOperationException: Animation target not specified

No inner exception.

Stacktrace (in the below order):

at MS.Internal.XcpImports.MethodEx(IntPtr ptr, String Name, CValue[] other)
at System.Windows.Media.Storyboard.Begin()
