Within the last few weeks we have noticed a very long latency with the loading of existing projects, as well as when you create a blank project and import an archive of files (copy an existing project). Graphite tends to freeze for a long time during the copy process (5-10 minutes), and also when opening an existing project it does it's synchronizing and code analysis for an extremely long time before it finally allows you to open files. Not to mention once you click to open a file it lags once again. This is becoming a very annoying issue. This has also been replicated on numerous computers within and outside of our network.

Finally after the Appbuilder finally loaded my project I tried to open a file. It sat "synchronizing" for over 10 minutes. I cannot attach the log file because it says it is larger than 2MB, however it is only 1.3MB.

Hi guys,

The issue appeared to be related to an expired AppBuilder session. As noted by Tonci (and said on our status page), the temporarily workaround was to log out and in inside the AppBuilder Windows Client again.

Nevertheless, we managed to also include the permanent fix for that issue, in the just released AppBuilder 2.4 version. You can check if re-logging after the update is applied fixes the matter on your side.

I hope this helps. Please excuse us for any inconveniences this has caused.

Thanks for the suggestion Tonci, however this did not correct anything. I even went to the extend of completely uninstalling AppBuilder and reinstalling it. I was able to get in, but I am still having problems loading files. Now my co-worker is experience some of the same symptoms on his PC.

This is becoming ridiculous, and I am unable to work due to the frequent latency issues.

Kaloyan,

I tried to log out, however AppBuilder automatically logs me back in. I Also completely closed out of Appbuilder to see if the version update would begin for version 2.4, which it did not. What should I do now?

Dear Paul
I'm sorry to hear that you still have a problems. I was also frustrated 2 days ago. I also uninstalled Graphite but that did not helped. In freshly installed Graphite I made second copy of git repo but problems where still there. I couldn't work. I was furious :-(Morning after I had same problem on different computer and on different location. Than I noticed automated email form Telerik status page. At first I could not log out from Graphite. I tried several times and eventually I was log out. After login all magicly worked :-)))I did logout/login on first computer and after that Graphite started to work there also. Several hours later AppBuilder was updated to new version. Im happy, again. Also I would like to say thanks to you, because you reported problem on this formu, and I think that triggered Telerik to notice and solve problem, at least in my case.Kind regards
Tonci
